Peaches N Cream Protein Smoothie
Imagine the flavors of fresh, summer peaches and dairy cream. White peaches are in season and each I look forward in eating peaches. Preparing smoothies is very easy and it only takes 15 minutes, loaded with lots of vitamins, low in fat and 20 grams of protein per serving.
1 white peach sliced
1 egg white or 1/3 cup AllWhites
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup Fage 0% yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine fruit, egg white, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and 2 ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
You can add 1 tablespoon sugar if you want it sweet. I use the natural sweetness of the fruit. So delicious!!!
