Snack – Wild Mushroom Sauté Bruschetta

Since I made plenty of Wild Mushroom Sauté for the steak dinner the other  night, I decided to make bruschetta and top it with Wild Mushroom Sauté with a glass of wine.  I love leftovers, you can make a variety of dishes with it and it’s exciting to try new things.  Sometimes it will be a hit and sometimes it will be a miss, but at least you tried it…

I have to admit I just love the way the mushrooms taste and I was able to use it in so many different ways.
