Cantaloupe with Prosciutto

It’s been awhile since I posted anything and the good news is I have been cooking but haven’t had time to write about it.  I feel like I went on a carbohydrate wagon ride when I went to San Francisco Easter week.  My mother visited my aunt, they ate at a local Filipino restaurant and mom brought home Dinuguan (Blood soup), Paksiw na Lechon, and Siopao (steamed pork bun).  After eating all these great food, I gained a couple of pounds and have been trying to lose the weight.  I get very depressed when this happens to me.  I have been eating healthy foods once again like fresh cantaloupe with Prosciutto.
