Vegetable Spring Roll – Three Thai Cuisine
Spring roll can be made with medium to firm tofu, mung beans (bean sprouts), carrots, green onions sliced into matchstick pieces, shredded cabbage, fresh coriander, roughly chopped basil, and mint. The Vietnamese and Thai use the rice based wrapper that you can find in many grocery stores and this style spring roll is typically served fresh, not fried. The sauce is typically made of peanut with coconut milk lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and chopped cilantro.
The food is super fresh and loved the peanut sauce with my vegetable spring rolls. Service is excellent. I’ve tried some other dishes and it’s been excellent especially fish with coconut curry sauce. I want lick the plate because it’s so good.
