Vanilla Ice Cream with Blackberries, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Silk Drambue Cream
We had wonderful dinner with Patricio and Isabel and it was time for me to have desert. We always have ice cream in the freezer and wanted to serve it with some type of sauce. I have Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Silk Drambuie Cream (similar to Bailey’s Irish Cream). In the fridge I found a jar of caramel topping, blackberries and decided to make some type of sauce with the ingredients I have. In a small sauce pan I poured maybe a cup of Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and proceeded to reduce it to half and added some of the caramel topping sauce until the sauce thicken and place top it with a couple of scoops of ice cream. I sprinkled a 3-4 pieces of fresh blackberries and a splash of Silk Drambuie. I was amazed how good this came out.
