I thought this was delicious and such a pretty presentation. The surprise ingredient for me was the addition of pine nuts since I had never had spinach pie with pine nuts before but the texture of the crunch in that creamy mixture was delightful!
I was about to turn off the TV and I was curious to see what Giada was preparing today – it’s Baked panzanella Caprese what an interesting concept. Hard to believe such few ingredients can taste so good and it makes you feel like you are sitting in one the many cafes in Italy.
The herbes de provence give it all the flavor so don’t leave out. I can’t wait to make this again, it’s another way to make a delicious dish that takes no time at all. The next time I make this I will braise the pork chops and sauce in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees so that the pork will be tender. It was very easy to make, I’d make this again.
Very easy, spicy and creamy the perfect combination of flavors for me. I loved how the creaminess and next time I will use blackened seasoning.
The sauce had a hint of sweetness and the flavors were so rich. This dish tastes like a combination of Chicken Marsala (chicken, mushrooms, Marsala wine and Beef Stroganoff (mushrooms, sour cream (a.k.a. mascarpone) Dijon mustard.
Catfish is one of my favorite fish to eat but I need to prepare Italian style catfish piccata and looks yummy.
