What I love about this recipe is I now have an option in making a low fat sauce made of Total 0% fat Fage yogurt, dill, and good feta cheese. For the hamburger, I used ground turkey but I’m sure it will be good to combine beef and lamb with all the herbs and spices.

My family loved it especially my niece. There are layers of texture and aromas and when you taste it you can feel all the goodness that’s in there. Instead of roasting peppers I purchased roasted red pepper and it really saved time.
The chicken was juicy and the combination of spinach and feta really works especially dosing the chicken with lemon, olive oil and oregano mixture really makes this dish.
