I didn’t know Mom defrosted Salmon this morning. I always use Epicurious and Foodnetwork for recipes or sometimes Google the main ingredient and see the results. This time I lucked out with Epicurious for this wonderful and easy recipe.
This can be made with frozen or fresh corn. Cut fresh corn on the cob off the cob and mix it with jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and red onions. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Cover and chill 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with grilled meats, fish, or as a dip with tortilla chips.

I used Chinese noodles and it was so good with the sauce. Chinese noodles are generally made from either wheat flour, rice flour, or mung bean starch. The sauce coated the noodles and Mom was simply in heaven. As for the Garlic bud, it was really good and wished I knew more about this garlic. It did not have a strong garlic taste; it was kind of sweet like an onion.
