I don’t have the time to slave in the kitchen for hours and when I saw this recipe in FoodNetwork I thought what a fabulous idea it’s quick and easy to make. It’s perfect to make as a quick yet filling weeknight dinner.
This was delicious! I expected this to be good…but not THIS good! The sauce was addictive and the oxtail was tender. While the recipe takes awhile to make it certainly is worth the time to prepare.

The aroma coming out of my small kitchen was amazing because you can smell the onions, carrots, rosemary, sage and celery caramelizing. I would say this is the best bolognese sauce I have tasted and made. The meat was tender and moist. The sauce coated the pasta just like you see in the movies and cooking show
This was excellent, you can taste the sweet onion and crisp pancetta. The sauce was excellent and for once the egg did no turn into scramble eggs….so creamy and it was done in 20 minutes including cutting the onions, boiling the pasta, and steaming vegetables.
Very easy, spicy and creamy the perfect combination of flavors for me. I loved how the creaminess and next time I will use blackened seasoning.
The sauce had a hint of sweetness and the flavors were so rich. This dish tastes like a combination of Chicken Marsala (chicken, mushrooms, Marsala wine and Beef Stroganoff (mushrooms, sour cream (a.k.a. mascarpone) Dijon mustard.
In a separate bowl, eggs, pepper and cheese are mixed. When the pasta is drained, the cream mixture and the egg mixture are poured into the pasta pan over the pasta, and the mixture is tossed before being served
The combination of sweet onions, garlic, rosemary, eggs, parmesan cheese and white truffle oil made it so creamy that I did not have to use heavy cream. This was so good and sad that I only made a small amount. As usual I inhaled my food. I never learn to eat slow and savor every single bite.
I think one of my favorite comfort food when the weather gets cold, raining is having a nice bowl of linguine with clams, crusty bread, and a bottle of wine. I recently visited friends of mine and for dinner John made linguine with clams.
By popular demand Dawn is making her famous Mac n Cheese. Amazing, delicious and the ultimate comfort food. The Swiss chard is a nice surprise, the cheese mixture is wonderful and the crunchy topping is the perfect finishing touch.
I really love this recipe because it is such a versatile dish. This time I will make it with pasta. I have a batch ready in the fridge all the time. When I want to snack on something healthy I just toast a piece of Pain Pascal bread and top it with Wild Mushroom mixture. This pasta dish is going to be so good and I can’t wait to prepare it. A nice glass of chardonnay, hot crusty French bread, and a bowl of pasta is what I’m going to have for dinner tonight. I can’t believe I waited so long to prepare this. So good!!!
