I love the tips and secrets Fabio provide in making the perfect meatball like don’t waste purchasing expensive cuts of meat. The perfect texture and flavor in an Italian meatballs is achieved by using ricotta cheese, parmesan, one egg and panko breadcrumbs.
What an exceptionally good soup. A tasty and filling soup with turkey stock with leftover turkey. This was a great smelling and flavorful soup.
Hungarian dish called Chicken Paprikash. A popular stew traditionally made with chicken, onions, and lots of sweet paprika sauteed in lard, thicken with sour cream served over pasta, rice, or small dumplings.
These were easy to make and tasted absolutely delicious. The flavors all blend so well with a unique blend.
Wow I can’t believe how moist they came out. The roasted red pepper really brought out the flavor. The panini press grilled the burgers to perfection. My Sarachi Aioli sauce certainly complimented the burgers. The burgers needed more seasoning, perhaps the next time I prepare this dish I will add more spices. The following day I had another burger and this time I did not add Sarachi Aioli sauce and the burger was bland. It definitely needs something. Will definitely use this recipe again…use a little more salt, garlic powder, or other seasoning….

It’s 12 P.M. and I need to clean the turkey, wash and let it dry before I do the prep work. In the meantime I can go for a swim and just relax before I start preparing the turkey. This year I am preparing the way Ina Gartner, Tyler Florence and my version in preparing the Roast Turkey.

The weather is changing from summer to fall and I have been craving good comfort food, consumption of a nice red wine, crusty warm bread, and salad. I recently watched an episode of Food Network “Food Feuds with Michael Symon – meatballs in Philadelphia.” I love meatballs especially when it is prepared correctly. Speaking for myself, I have been in search for a good turkey meatball recipe and was lucky enough to taste it three years ago at my niece’s home.
he caramelized shallots really added another layer of flavor to the burger and the aioli sauce was phenomenal. Best Turkey burger I have had……
I always get nervous when Mom announces that she will be making turkey meatballs and tomato sauce. A few minutes later, Mom asked me to do something to the sauce because she said that it was too watery. When I looked at the sauce and tasted it, it had no taste at all. I don’t think she put any salt or seasoning. I immediately started to think of how I can salvage this and not want to hurt her feeling.
I normally prepare meatloaf by combining ground veal, ground beef, and ground pork and this time I wanted to try making it with ground turkey an option to go leaner. Instead of using bread I substituted oatmeal and soaked it in buttermilk.
