The coconut milk infuses the custard with just a hint of coconut and the espresso does something really fabulous to the caramel. This is a delicious, sophisticated desert that I’ll be making again.
This was excellent, you can taste the sweet onion and crisp pancetta. The sauce was excellent and for once the egg did no turn into scramble eggs….so creamy and it was done in 20 minutes including cutting the onions, boiling the pasta, and steaming vegetables.
It’s so great to have another way to prepare broccoli.You can taste the infused rosemary and complemented the broccoli.
I have tried many tiramisu recipes and I find this one of the best. It is fun to make, extremely well received when taken to parties and a regular in our home. It is best when the key ingredients, rum, mascarpone and espresso are top quality.
I thought this was delicious and such a pretty presentation. The surprise ingredient for me was the addition of pine nuts since I had never had spinach pie with pine nuts before but the texture of the crunch in that creamy mixture was delightful!
In a separate bowl, eggs, pepper and cheese are mixed. When the pasta is drained, the cream mixture and the egg mixture are poured into the pasta pan over the pasta, and the mixture is tossed before being served
I have leftover fingerling potato and decided to make potato omelette this morning. I love it when I have plenty of leftovers and allow myself to create something delicious for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. I try to practice healthy lifestyle even though at times my friends will disagree. Portion control is key to eating what we truly love and why deprive yourself of eggs every morning.
I love omelette’s and today I’m going to make tomato green onions with a little cheese omelet. Good healthy breakfast after working out and now I am ready to face the world. This should hold me until dinner time.
What a way to start my morning after swimming for one hour. I don’t know about you, I am constantly thinking of what I am going to eat. So many dishes were running through my mind. I’m on an omelette kick lately and very easy to prepare. This morning I’m preparing cheese omelette for breakfast and it’s going to be fluffy, moist, and delicious. One of these days I will try to flip the omelette and hope that it will land on the skillet and not on the floor.
Woke up this morning craving for omelet. I wanted to create something that reminds of Italy. I’m taking inventory of what I have in the fridge and it looks like I have tomatoes, green onions, fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, eggs, and heavy cream. Let’s make Margherita omelet. I think it will be good.
I will prepare Carbonara but it’s a little too rich and wanted to make something similar. I will make an easy version of Carbonara by browning Applewood bacon, a dash of pepper flakes, Barilla Plus Spaghetti, chopped Italian parsley, freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese and egg yolk.
The key in cooking scrambled eggs is making sure that it is cooked in low heat and not over cook it. This is very good with Trader Joe’s Pain Pascal. I like making an open face sandwich along with my coffee in the morning. This is also good for lunch.
