This was excellent, you can taste the sweet onion and crisp pancetta. The sauce was excellent and for once the egg did no turn into scramble eggs….so creamy and it was done in 20 minutes including cutting the onions, boiling the pasta, and steaming vegetables.

The house melled SO good. It was just like in a restaurant. I don’t know how you could say anything bad about it. This is such a flavorful broth and you can taste the saffron.
The combination of sweet onions, garlic, rosemary, eggs, parmesan cheese and white truffle oil made it so creamy that I did not have to use heavy cream. This was so good and sad that I only made a small amount. As usual I inhaled my food. I never learn to eat slow and savor every single bite.
